Baby Wyatt was born back in May and I'm finally getting around to posting his lifestyle newborn photos. He was the sweetest, sleepiest little angel...but from what I heard he was putting on a show for me, as nights were not so angelic.

Baby Wyatt made quite a fast and furious entrance into the world on Sunday morning. And I had the privilege of documenting some of his first hours in the hospital with his parents and grandma's.

I always try to tell the stories of people's lives I get to document, not just in pictures but in honoring them with my words as well. But when Corrie posted the most heartfelt words with one of the previews I sent her, I knew it needed to be repeated here.

Do you remember the first few weeks with your newborn? Yeah, me neither. Which is why I LOVE THESE PHOTOS. Oh they tell such a raw and honest story. One that is silly and crazy, but ultimately full of intense love for this new tiny human. Photographing families at home never, ever gets old.
